新加坡知名创作集团 Foreign Policy Design Group 日前公开发布为 中国南京四方当代美术馆（Sifang Art Museum） 设计的全新品牌视觉形象，Sifang Art Museum 将于2013年6月在南京向公众开放，由美国建筑师 斯蒂文·霍尔（Steven Holl）设计，Sifang Art Museum 大约3万平方英尺、是一家面向当代设计和建筑艺术的博物馆。
Set within the gentle terrain of Laoshan in Nanjing, the architecture of Sifang Art Museum is a well-constructed mix of harsh angularity with an elegant appeal whereby the asymmetrical structure hovers in space. Every view angle yielding a different trapezoidal perspective; the collateral system adopts the trapezoidal form. The Chinese saying – Strength within Gentleness – is inspired by bamboo – the material and form used for landscaping and parts of the structure. This underpins the brand identity, describing the gentle landscape where in old China, scholars and artists took recluse to master their craft or refine their thinking.
